Come to think of it, I found the answer, MY answer

To this question, way back to 17 years ago...

The then "Praise Givers" CG (yes, they give names to their CG)

Was a gung ho gang of Young Adults.

My first visit to their CG was

A Christmas carolling practice session,

Not for among themselves, not for home carolling,

But for the kids in a shelter home. 

Oh, that was it!

My "search" ended there because I knew I had found "home"...

17 years on, and my heart still beats with you 💓💓

What does 6 congregations coming together feels like?

I wish I was there to see for myself...

碎碎念。。发牢骚。。

抛开世界的烦恼，什么都不想。。

最近学到好几个词：

头脑生虫、脑袋长草、脑袋计水 😂😂

都是 MDC (Mediacorp) 演员教的，啊哈哈哈哈。。

深入想想，

这几个词，都是跟 “烦恼” 有关。。

烦前面的道路要怎么走，

烦钱不够用，

烦没钱身材要怎么保持，

烦体重管理真难维持，

烦有梦想却没本钱 😂😂

但，每次来这里的短短几个小时，

就真的会让我看书也好，玩game也好，

真的是什么都不用烦。。

我家老板时常说：

“每个人都有自己的生活要过，

过好自己的生活，做好自己应该做的，

何必去羡慕别人有的，而在意自己没有的？”

有时真的很羡慕那些有本事自己做老板的人。。

就好像这间店的老板娘 😍😍

学喜悦说得一句话：

“人长得帅就是任性”。。

但我说，有钱就是任性 💰💰 

好啦，发泄完。。继续发梦去 💰💰😂😂

今天来点特别的 😍😍

CNY's are always about eat eat eat...

减肥永远都是明天的事，哈哈。。

但，边吃边减肥也是另一种幸福 😂😂

 前阵子，我整个人肿到妈妈都不认得了。。

整天 video call 的时候，都一直说，

"you very swollen la", "you put on so much weight", 

"why you so rounded/bulat dy?", "water retention ar?"

其实，说一次两次，我可以代笑而过。。

但重复第三第四次，就开始有点反感了，

却不能做什么，因为他们说的，都是事实。。

那是因为自己看不到自己的状况，所以也不会去想到

事情原来越来越严重了。。

一直到 2021 年的 4月中，老公的侄儿要办婚礼，

虽然知道自己不再穿得下现有的裙子，

需要特地买plus size的了。。

其实，不止我家人给我类似的 comments，

这里的一些久不见的朋友，突然碰面时，

也惊讶的说出同样的东西：子弹就是往我变形的身材射 😲😲

全体照出炉后，我简直忧郁症掉！

天啊！我果然不像样了！OMG，你们自己看。。

我自己都 “无眼看” 啊 🙈🙈

其实啊，自从我接触了 Xmegami 公司，我真的真的被他们吸引到。。

首先，他们的 《Micaree养白霜》竟然那么神奇？

RM188，还可以啦。。

看了好多好多代理的直播，介绍它的 “万能”，也看到不少的见证。。

最主要的是，刚好有两位代理是我之前在 Sitiawan 认识的，

所以，我知道她们的变化和突破，

是真实见证，不是假的。。不是P图的，

我才决定试一试。。

果然，用了半年后，慢慢看到效果了。。

除了《Micaree养白霜》，我更有兴趣的是他们的排毒。。

我自称它为《Misu双宝》，因为它们一定要一起使用的。。

排毒（detox）《Misu Dx》过后，必须补充回营养《Misu N+》，

再加上饮食方面需要很 discipline 的管理。。

虽然我不可能很严格的 follow 211 diet,

但我可以从饮料方面调整：减少很多很多很多很多的甜水 💪💪

以白开水或矿泉水为主。。

效果虽然不是很明显，但一点一点的变化也是变化 😁😁

所以，因为《Misu 双宝》，

我可以再次的看L size而不用自卑的只有XL 的选择 ✌✌

所以，从这里开始，继续保持而不能再退回以前 “胖嘟嘟” 的样子了。。

说到 “胖嘟嘟” 就让我想起 《Astro 2019 贺岁主题曲：勇气胖嘟嘟》

其实，每一个胖嘟嘟的人，

真的都非常需要很大量的勇气去面对镜子里 “圆碌碌” 的自己啊。。

无论如何，那一张旗袍照片

将会是我生命里的其中一个 “站”。。

我的下一站，一定要成功穿回我的 M 旗袍 💪💪

Book craze

If we have a task to complete for the day, 

We will usually be out the whole day.

Mr. Boss will always be very concern about one thing: 

Izit time to clear my bladder 😍😍

After completing the "task of the day" today,

He asked, "OK, Permaisuri or Parkson?"

(Note: "Parkson" is almost every Mirians way of saying Bintang Megamall 😂😂)

By now, I bet the first response from friends will be,

"Wah, so nice, can go shopping!"

But not everyone will understand that

What we REALLY need is an accessible toilet,

And not all places have that...

So of course, between the two choices,

The bookworm will definitely say "Parkson" without thinking 😂😂

Because Parkson has a Popular Bookstore and Permaisuri doesn't. Ahaha.

A magnet force attracted me to 2nd floor after that 😂😂

This place is so magical that I can stay here for hours...

I feel like Belle from Beauty and the Beast, haha...

The moment I enter this place, it's never ending... 

3 hours here and I will have Mr. Boss checking in every hour, 

Asking, “你在哪里？” 😂😂

My answer will be, “还在这里” 😍😍

Can I say, "It's heaven on earth" 😆😆

Throwback 11122022: Today's adventure terlalu "chi kek" 😝😝

A few days ago, we discovered an almost-flat tyre,

But did not give much thought to it

Since we weren't scheduled for any appointments these few days.

But today, Mr. Boss teased me about Southlake again.

I had a shock of my life to see it totally flat when I checked.

Sought assistance from the neighbourhood community whatsapp group.

To cut the story short, the culprit was a pesky little nail 😑😑

Mr. Boss quickly drove to the nearest workshop

And got the issue settled.

Came back to fetch me for my Sunday swim. 

Remember I said Sundays were for members only?

But today was even better!

The coach that was there last week with his students, 

Weren't anywhere to be seen today.

Turned out they are in Sibu for a tournament.

Whoalah! I had the whole pool to myself

For the first two hours. Syok gila 😍😍

After a two-year break, 

This event is back on track.

We have secretly decided to join in the fun,

But when the invitation call came from Miri City Council,

Throwback to last week: 
After close to 3 years of Covid restrictions, I'm back!
In terms of hygiene, Southlake is still the best 😍😍

I can't stand public pools, 

Because they allow anyone and everyone

With any and every types of attire

To enter the pool 😱😱

After Covid restrictions loosened, 

Mr. Boss has offered to bring me to xxx for a routine hydro.

After going there thrice and coming home with red spots on my skin,

I don't think I will be going there again anytime soon.

So when he asked, “要去游泳吗？”

I said, "No Southlake, no 游泳“ 😂😂

So yah, back to Southlake...

The REAL surprise was when we were at the counter to pay for my swim 😍😍

Took out my wallet and by the time I handed the money, 

The guy at the counter said, "Saya sudah call management.

Dia org cakap tak perlu bayar. Tapi mau isi details dlm buku ini."

To my very surprise, the cover of the book says,

”PERSATUAN PERKHIDMATAN KEUPAYAAN MIRI" 😱😍😍

After 3 years of "covid break",

(What's more after a change of management),

We really did not expect them to still remember us 😍😍

在加上时不时还会听到飞机的声音，

抬头望天空时还会看到飞机飞过，太幸福了 😍😍

可怜的是，那里的 “餐厅” 已经关闭了，

没有营业了。。

我家老板少了舒服的环境让他玩 game，

没有桌子，也没得叫小吃顶顶肚子。。

He was curious as to why there were not many people, 

Especially since it was a Sunday...

Answer: Because Sundays and Wednesdays
